Our client is seeking a Growth & Account Executive to manage and expand client relationships, develop new business through referrals, networking, and lead generation strategies. The ideal candidate will be passionate about sales, adept at building authentic relationships, and thrive in entrepreneurial environments.

Your Responsibilities
  1. Build new relationships with owners and CEOs of mid-sized companies through a consultative discovery process.
  2. Retain and grow existing client accounts via regular interaction and relationship management.
  3. Identify and close expansion opportunities within the client base.
  4. Partner with the consulting delivery team to ensure excellent client outcomes.
  5. Enhance brand visibility by engaging in business and trade associations, marketing initiatives, and maintaining social media presence.
  6. Develop strategic referral networks with clients and partners.
  7. Collaborate with the team to expand impact across all markets.
Required Skills and Experience
  1. 5+ years in sales and client-facing roles, especially selling solutions to business owners, CEOs, or senior executives.
  2. Post-secondary business education or equivalent experience.
  3. Proven passion for sales and success in selling solutions.
  4. Confidence in presentation settings.
  5. Technical proficiency with tools like HubSpot, Microsoft Office, and social media platforms.
  6. Curiosity to uncover challenges and find solutions.
  7. Strong consultative selling skills, including objection handling.
