We are seeking a competitive, curious, and eager-to-learn sales professional for our Calgary and Edmonton practices.

The Opportunity

As a Growth & Account Executive, you will play a key role in expanding our practice in Calgary or Edmonton. Your responsibilities include managing and growing client relationships, developing new business through referrals, networking, and other lead generation strategies. You should be passionate about sales, building authentic relationships, and thriving in entrepreneurial environments.

Key Responsibilities
  • Build relationships with owners and CEOs of mid-sized companies (50–500 employees) through consultative discovery.
  • Retain and grow existing client accounts through regular interactions.
  • Identify and close expansion opportunities within the client base.
  • Partner with our consulting team to ensure excellent client outcomes.
  • Enhance brand visibility through engagement in business and trade associations, marketing initiatives, and social media.
  • Develop strategic referral networks with clients and partners.
  • Collaborate with the team to expand our impact across markets.
Qualifications
  • Proven sales experience with business owners, CEOs, or senior executives.
  • Curiosity to uncover challenges and find solutions.
  • Strong consultative selling skills, including objection handling.
  • 5+ years in sales and client-facing roles, preferably selling intangible solutions.
  • Alignment with Results’ culture of learning, coaching, feedback, and accountability.
  • Confidence in presentations.
  • Post-secondary business education or equivalent experience.
  • High energy, strong interpersonal skills, and self-motivation.
  • Technical proficiency with tools like HubSpot, Microsoft Office, and social media platforms.

  • This is a full-time, mid-senior level position in Sales and Business Development within the Business Consulting and Services industry.
