The Role

In the Junior Account Executive role, you will support the Sport Specialty Sales team. This requires a motivated, organized individual with a passion for footwear and a desire to grow within HOKA. You will assist the Senior Strategic Account Manager with the R.E.I. business, build relationships with retail partners, and develop new skills across the business. This role involves about 20% travel.

Your Impact
  • Supporting the team through organization and task management, including meetings, sales reports, and order management.
  • Analyzing sales data to optimize strategies and track product performance.
  • Facilitating collaboration between internal teams such as sales, marketing, and operations.
  • Managing relationships with retail partners, resolving issues, and aligning needs.

  • Organized, able to prioritize and work independently and with a team.

  • Detail-oriented with accuracy in record-keeping and documentation.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, OneNote).
  • Experience in sales, customer service, or account management is a plus.

Salary range: $70,000 - $75,000, determined by location, skills, and experience. Details shared during hiring.
