An Account Manager (AM) is a key commercial role within the Chromatography and Mass Spectrometry Division (CMD) of Thermo Fisher Scientific. As the Alberta Account Manager, you are responsible for identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, handling and developing key accounts, and promoting the CMD product portfolio to customers across various industries. An effective AM will develop and maintain long-lasting customer relationships while working collaboratively and efficiently to provide an outstanding customer experience. The AM is the primary point of contact, providing sales expertise, and driving all commercial activities forward, whether in person or remotely.
