About the Role

Our Group Account Directors bring value to clients through modern marketing skills. They possess strong hunting instincts, know when to bring in capabilities, and act as managers of large or multiple smaller regional/global accounts. They have C-Suite gravitas, valued for strategic guidance and partnership. They are agency hunters, team builders, and advocates of the Ogilvy brand, inspiring others to act courageously.

What You'll Do
  • Manage large regional integrated client portfolios
  • Nurture and grow key senior client relationships as a trusted advisor
  • Hunt for organic new business growth
  • Drive client service, strategy, and program development
  • Lead strategy development and provide insights
  • Utilize agency capabilities to produce results
  • Manage client P&L, business growth, and margins
  • Monitor client satisfaction and performance metrics
  • Generate ideas that produce tangible results
  • Lead thought leadership projects
  • Ensure resource availability for client growth
  • Manage and motivate agency teams, fostering teamwork
  • Attract and develop talent, ensuring team effectiveness
  • Work with HR on career development and performance goals
  • Promote diversity and inclusion within the team and agency
What You'll Need
  • 11+ years of experience, including 7+ years in supervisory roles
  • Digital fluency and understanding of media landscape
  • Strong business and financial acumen
  • Client management skills ensuring creative excellence
  • Strong internal and external networker
  • Passion for work, team, and business
  • Curiosity and early adoption mindset
  • Excellent listening and adaptive skills
