Who We Are Looking For :
Job Summary :
The Account Director, OEM Client Services, is responsible for the growth and relationship management of assigned OEM strategic partnerships at Motoinsight. This role serves as the main point of contact for OEM partners, providing strategic and tactical leadership, including business development, partner performance management, and product and project management to strengthen OEM relationships.
Key Responsibilities :
- Establish and maintain productive, professional relationships with key OEM personnel.
- Provide product strategic leadership by supporting OEM platform planning and aligning Motoinsight and OEM objectives.
- Manage daily account operations, including regular business reviews, platform reporting, analysis, and ongoing support.
- Analyze OEM and dealer performance using the MotoCommerce platform to deliver insights and business intelligence to stakeholders.
- Coordinate projects with Motoinsight product and project management teams from approval to implementation, focusing on new or enhanced product offerings and future development needs.
- Act as a subject matter expert on assigned partners and supported products/services.
- Identify key business development opportunities within partner accounts and facilitate their implementation.
- Collaborate with managers and other account leads to develop and execute strategies for platform and performance enhancements.
- Liaise with internal teams to ensure high-quality service delivery to OEM customers.
