About the role
Strategic and relationship-driven Account Director will lead one of our largest enterprise clients: a Fortune 200 brand undergoing complex digital transformation. This account includes interconnected workstreams across commerce, customer experience (CX), strategy, design, and agile delivery.
As Account Director, you’ll be both a trusted advisor and delivery orchestrator—responsible for growing the account, scaling our delivery pods, and ensuring value realization across each initiative. You’ll operate at the intersection of client ambition and Tidal’s capability, backed by a cross-functional team from across the Umbrella ecosystem.
