Job summary

Nature's Fare Markets in Kelowna, BC, is seeking a Floor Manager to lead the sales floor, develop Team Leaders, and ensure smooth day‑to‑day operations across Grocery, Produce, Wellness, Bistro, and more.

You will coach and mentor staff, manage labor, handle customer concerns, and partner with Department Managers to deliver great service and promotions. This role offers growth from department to store leadership.

Qualifications

• 2–3 years of management experience in retail.
• Minimum 1 year at Department Manager level in retail.
• Preferred grocery industry experience.
• Post‑secondary education in business/management preferred.
• Strong knowledge of MS Office.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop Team Leaders and Team Members.
• Oversee day‑to‑day floor operations across all departments.
• Coach Department Managers and support onboarding and engagement initiatives.
• Ensure policies, labour deployment, and promotions execution.
• Act as the lead customer ambassador on the sales floor.
