Job summary

Giant Tiger is hiring a Store Supervisor (Full-Time) in Quebec. You will lead department teams, manage daily operations, and train associates on policies.

Responsibilities include inventory, merchandising, scheduling, and resolving customer issues to ensure an excellent shopping experience. Candidates should have 1–3 years of retail management experience or equivalent Giant Tiger experience as a keyholder, with strong planning and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Ensure high level of customer service for assigned departments
• Oversee day-to-day operations
• Train and communicate policies and procedures to department associates daily
• Complete ordering and replenishment of merchandise
• Supervise a team within assigned departments with cross-functional collaboration
• Ensure execution of GT System policies and standards by all associates
• Lead merchandising activities and seasonal presentations
• Participate in inventory management activities (cycle counts)
• Assist with scheduling and workforce quantification
• Resolve customer complaints quickly and professionally
• Open and close the store on a rotating basis
• Contribute to local community engagement and store initiatives
