Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Ensure a high level of customer service for assigned departments (cash, softgoods, hardgoods or grocery).
• Oversee the day-to-day operations.
• Train and communicate policies and procedures to department Associates daily.
• Complete ordering and replenishment of merchandise.
• Supervise a team within the assigned departments with cross-functional collaboration.
• Ensure execution of the GT System (policies, procedures, standards).
• Lead merchandising activities and participate in inventory management.
