Responsibilities

• Lead the department, coaching and mentoring the team to deliver Always Customer First service.
• Drive operational excellence including health and safety, food safety, and merchandising.
• Analyze KPIs and financial reports to identify opportunities and communicate results to management.
• Develop training, coaching, and succession planning to grow staff and improve performance.
• Lead inventory counts and ensure department standards while adapting to hot/cold environments.
