Job summary

Save-On-Foods in Coquitlam, BC is seeking delivery drivers to bring groceries from our Sunwood location to customers’ doors, with a fully equipped van and a strong customer-first mindset. You will work with online shopping and customer service teams to resolve issues, maintain the vehicle, and ensure safe, on-time deliveries in all weather.

A valid BC Class 5 license, clean record, and Serving It Right are required or obtainable.

Qualifications

• Experience in a customer service-related role.
• Able to lift up to 40 pounds and perform physical duties.
• Valid BC Class 5 driver’s license and clean driving record.
• Serving It Right certification or willingness to obtain.

Responsibilities

• Deliver groceries in a fully equipped van with great customer service.

Just show up and drive!We are hiring for a Delivery Driver at our Sunwood Save-On-Foods location in Coquitlam, BC.You will be responsible for:Delivering groceries in a fully equipped van and providing exceptional customer-first service.Working with the online shopping team and customer service center to resolve customer service recovery situations involving returns, refunds, etc.Achieving operational standards for the Online Shopping Department.Operating the delivery vehicle safely adhering to the rules of the road.Maintaining the delivery vehicle to a high standard of cleanliness and roadworthiness.Other duties as assigned.You have:A valid, full class 5 provincial driver’s license from BC.A clean driver’s abstract.A current Serving It Right certification or willing to obtain.Experience in a customer service-related role.A strong work ethic and “let’s get it done” attitude.Ability to lift up to 40 pounds and perform physical duties including prolonged sitting, bending, climbing, and pushing.
