Job summary

Graphic Packaging International is seeking an experienced operator to run and adjust folding/gluing equipment in our Mississauga facility. You will feed the gluer, assist on make-readies, and ensure smooth production while maintaining accurate records.

The role emphasizes product quality, safe operations, and effective communication to support production flow. On-the-job training is provided; candidates should be team-oriented and able to lift heavy items.

Qualifications

• Grade 12 or acceptable experience.
• On-the-job related experience required.

Responsibilities

• Operate folding/gluing equipment and adjust as needed.
• Feed Gluer and assist on make-readies.
• Maintain accurate production records and sheets.
• Ensure product quality and production efficiency.
• Communicate information to facilitate production flow.
• Perform preventative maintenance on equipment.
• Make ready’s on straight line and autobottom boxes.
• General clean up and adherence to safety policies.
• Attend ongoing training and take on additional duties as assigned.
