Job summary

You will Tear Down presses, verify job kits, replace plates, wash color heads, run lid and base presses, inspect product quality, update job cards, and maintain the daily scheduling board. This role emphasizes safety and teamwork in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• High School or equivalent required.
• Fluent in English with good written and verbal communication skills.
• Experience in a manufacturing or printing environment is an asset but not required.

Responsibilities

• Tear down of printing presses.
• Perform job kit verification, line clearance, replace plates, and wash/prepare color heads.
• Run all lid and base presses (six and eight color).
• Pack/unpack boxes per customer requirements.
• Take trending tray samples and apply labels to boxes.
• Cover other machines for lunch/breaks and monitor product quality at packing station.
• Update job cards and input information on scheduling boards.
• Adhere to company policies and 5S, HACCP and Health and Safety rules.
