Job summary
Napoleon seeks a results-driven Vice President, Human Resources to shape the global people strategy, capabilities, and culture that drive growth across Canada, the U.S., Mexico, Europe, China and beyond. You will partner with the President and executive leaders to align people initiatives with business priorities and lead workforce planning for manufacturing, frontline leadership, and skilled trades.

Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Industrial Relations, or related discipline.
- Minimum 15 years of progressive Human Resources leadership experience.
- CHRP designation required; CHRL/CHRE is an asset.
Responsibilities
- Lead enterprise workforce planning to ensure organizational capability for future needs.
- Provide executive consulting on organizational, leadership, and workforce matters.
- Develop and execute global people strategy aligned with business objectives.
- Oversee compensation, benefits, and total rewards to attract and retain talent.
- Foster a culture of learning, accountability, and high performance.
