Job summary

Spin Master is seeking a Trade Show & Events Coordinator to support internal showrooms and offsite trade shows. You will assist the Trade Show Director, Senior Project Manager and Project Manager in coordinating displays, inventories and related logistics on a global scale.

You will handle shipping, sample coordination, budget tracking and vendor liaison, with opportunities to travel to events. The role requires collaboration with various teams and a proactive, customer-focused approach.

Qualifications

Experience coordinating and assisting in trade shows and events.
Customer service orientation.
Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
Proficiency with Adobe Photoshop and Illustrator.
Willingness to learn SAP, Fiori and related tools.

Responsibilities

Support shipping requirements for the shows.
Coordinate samples and management for trade shows and international showrooms.
Assist in prop displays, l-boards and plexi ordering and organization.
Support budget tracking and POs/PRs as needed.
Liaise with stakeholders and vendors for shows and gathering information.
Manage inventory and location of displays, props and furniture.
Assist in packing and shipping prototypes and showroom elements.
Coordinate samples and mockup packaging for shows.
Organize criteria forms, information and assets for virtual 3D environments.
Support run sheets and scheduling for online fairs and webinars; travel as needed.
