Job summary

Spin Master in Toronto is seeking a Creative Studio Coordinator to keep a 120+ person team connected, inspired, and having fun. You will shape studio culture, run day-to-day operations, and manage events from concept to execution.

Ideal candidates have 2+ years in workplace experience, office management, or event planning, and are proficient with Google Workspace, Teams, and Slack. Hybrid work and a supportive benefits package are offered.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in workplace experience, office management, event planning, hospitality, or corporate culture coordination.
• Proficiency with Google Workspace, Microsoft Teams, and Slack.

Responsibilities

• Maintain day-to-day studio operations and a welcoming environment.
• Be the first point of contact for visitors, interviewees, and team members.
• Plan and host engagement events and culture activities (team days, lunches, show & shares, themed days, holidays).
• Support EDIB initiatives and heritage celebrations with the EDIB team.
• Bridge hybrid connections to keep both remote and in-studio members engaged.
• Lead internal communications and gather employee feedback to improve the workplace experience.
• Liaise with vendors and partners; manage budgeting for studio needs and events.
• Oversee administrative tasks like payments, purchasing, and expenses for leadership and IT teams.
