Job summary

Evertz Microsystems Limited is seeking a proactive logistics and tradeshow coordinator to support domestic and international events in Burlington. You will manage equipment, inventories, shipping docs, and on-site setup for NAB, IBC, ISE, and InfoComm, ensuring timely deployment and accurate asset tracking.

The role emphasizes hands-on equipment handling, cross‑department collaboration, and occasional travel to support major trade shows and corporate events.

Qualifications

• Requires high energy and ability to handle a variable tradeshows calendar.
• Excellent organizational and project coordination skills with strong attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and support domestic and international trade shows with required equipment and materials.
• Manage, test, and track trade show assets including AV equipment and tools.
• Maintain inventory, shipping dates, event locations, durations and return schedules.
• Prepare shipments, documentation, and customs paperwork; liaise with logistics teams.
• Assist in planning major events (NAB, IBC, ISE, InfoComm) and on-site setup/teardown.
