Job summary

Livingston International is seeking a Sr. Trade Analyst to support Global Trade Management. You will work with management and client teams to perform varied trade-related duties, including HS/ECCN classification, export/import operations, and vendor performance management.

The role requires strong communication, organizational skills, and the ability to work both independently and in a team. A proactive, adaptable attitude and willingness to be coached toward a senior analyst role are essential.

Qualifications

• High School/GED or equivalent required.
• Associates Degree or post-secondary education preferred.

Responsibilities

• Perform varied trade-related functions within Livingston International’s Global Trade Management.
• Analyze import/export data using trade applications to create transactional documents and KPI reports.
• Classify HS/ECCN, determine FTA qualification applicability, and support reconciliation and vendor performance management.
• Coordinate with clients, suppliers, carriers and internal teams to address inquiries and meet deliverables.
• Adhere to policies and contribute to process improvements.
