Responsibilities

• Establish governance, operating rhythms, and performance management for enterprise SME priorities.
• Lead cross-functional execution and alignment across regions, BUs, and functions.
• Monitor progress, identify risks, and drive corrective actions to maximize impact.
• Partner with Product, Regional, Services, Public Sector, and Corporate Strategy teams to align priorities.
• Support planning for high-impact customer, partner, and industry engagements.
• Localization and activation of growth initiatives with regional teams.
