Job summary

Delta System & Software, Inc. seeks a Senior SAP SuccessFactors Solution Architect to lead Employee Central, Time Management and EC Payroll in a global template rollout with country localization. Remote with travel to client sites in Canada is required.

The candidate should have 15+ years of SAP HCM/SuccessFactors experience and strong EC, Time Management and Payroll expertise, plus a track record in global template rollouts and client-facing delivery.

• 15+ years SAP HCM / SuccessFactors experience.
• Strong Employee Central experience.
• Strong Employee Central Time Management experience.
• Strong Employee Central Payroll experience.
• Experience leading Global Template rollouts.
• Strong experience with country localization.
• Experience with Fit-to-Template / Fit-to-Standard.
• Experience with payroll parallel testing.
• Experience with SAP SuccessFactors integrations.
• Strong client-facing consulting experience.

Responsibilities

• Global Template Rollout: Review and lead workshops for rollout countries; assess global vs local processes; maximize adoption; challenge unnecessary country-specific customizations.
• Country Localization: Lead localization assessment across EC, Time Management, and Payroll for target country/countries.
• Employee Central Rollout: Lead localization and rollout of EC processes using global configurations where possible.
• Lead the country-specific design for Time Management and ECP localization for EC Payroll Rollout.
• Assess and design local integration requirements resulting from the rollout.
• Lead country-specific data migration requirements.
• Lead EC/Time/Payroll workstream through testing and mock cutover.
• Develop the country rollout cutover strategy.
