Qualifications

• Ability to create practical enablement content and deliver training.
• Experience with LMS and digital enablement tools.
• Excellent project management and cross-functional collaboration.

Responsibilities

• Design and scale global enablement programs and onboarding.
• Develop high-quality enablement assets like playbooks and battlecards.
• Build a central repository for regional teams to access resources.
• Partner with Product Management to support positioning and value propositions.
• Deliver enablement to distributed international teams via e-learning and workshops.
• Measure impact with feedback, metrics, and reviews.
