Qualifications

• Master's degree in a related field (MBA, SCM, Finance) or equivalent.
• Certifications (e.g., CIPS, CPSM) are desirable.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute a global procurement strategy.
• Lead and mentor a remote procurement team.
• Oversee strategic sourcing, category management, and supplier relations globally.
• Negotiate complex contracts and manage risk in a global supply base.
• Drive cost reduction initiatives across all spend categories.
