Key Responsibilities

• Lead the sourcing and procurement process for assigned categories, ensuring optimal quality and cost.

• Conduct market research and analysis to identify new sourcing opportunities and potential risks.

• Ensure compliance with company purchasing policies, ethical standards, and sustainability initiatives.

• Prepare detailed reports on spend, savings, and supplier performance for management review.
• Mentor junior buyers and contribute to the overall development of the procurement team.

Requirements

• Minimum of 6 years of experience in purchasing or procurement, with a focus on sourcing and negotiation.
• Demonstrated experience in managing complex supplier relationships and contracts.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a keen eye for detail.
• Excellent negotiation and communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Proficiency in procurement software and ERP systems.
• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities effectively in a remote setting.
• Proven track record of identifying and realizing significant cost savings.
• Experience in category management is a plus.
