Job summary

CIBC is seeking a Project Manager for Enterprise Real Estate and Workplace Transformation in Toronto. You will provide critical project management support for the North Integration team, managing a portfolio end-to-end and leading stakeholders to align with budget and timeline.

A hybrid work arrangement allows 1-3 days on-site with remaining days remote. You’ll apply project management methodologies to recommend improvements, coordinate with diverse teams, and ensure successful delivery.

Qualifications

• Experience in Project Management, People Change Management methodology, principles, and tools.

Responsibilities

• Outline project goals, terms of reference, resource requirements, and costs. Help create a resource plan that ensures all stakeholders have a voice on the project. Assess the efficiency of the practices and procedures used by a team, and provide guidance that will continuously improve the project plan.
• Relationship Management - build, maintain, and strengthen trusted relationships with internal stakeholders, clients, and cross-functional teams while communicating with clarity, diplomacy, and influence.
• Teamwork – Help internal partners make informed conclusions about the development of programs, products, and services. Work closely with teams as you work toward a common goal and negotiate deliverables and milestones whenever necessary.
• Project coordination – Proactively identify anything that will take projects off schedule and find solutions to correct the problem. Monitor milestones, and ensure they’re completed according to timelines and budgets. Execute a project plan that is personalized for your team’s preferred mix of quality, time, and cost.
