Job summary

ZenaTech Inc. is seeking a PR and Communications Manager to steer investor-focused public relations, media relations, and corporate communications across North America and global markets.

You will craft press releases, coordinate with Investor Relations, Finance, and Legal, manage executive messaging, and lead crisis communications with an emphasis on accuracy, compliance, and timely responses. Collaborate with Marketing and Product teams to ensure consistent storytelling and metric-driven PR

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Communications, Public Relations, Journalism, Marketing, Business, or related field.
• 7+ years in PR, media relations, corporate communications, or investor relations, with direct experience at a publicly traded company or agency supporting such clients.
• 3+ years of leadership, management, or senior-level communications experience.
• Exceptional writing and editing skills for investor-ready press releases.
• Strong knowledge of media relations, issues management, crisis communications, reputation management, and stakeholder engagement.
• Experience with investor relations fundamentals, Regulation FD, and SEC/SEDAR+ filing requirements.

Responsibilities

• Lead PR and media relations strategy across North America and global markets.
• Draft investor-facing press releases, earnings materials, and financings/acquisitions in coordination with IR, Finance and Legal.
• Coordinate with executives and spokespeople for interviews and messaging in line with regulatory requirements.
• Manage crisis communications planning and rapid-response efforts when required.
• Oversee creation of press releases, blog content, and executive communications.
