Job summary

Airbnb in Ottawa, Canada is seeking an experienced Global Operations Recruiter to drive end-to-end hiring for Community Support and related teams. You will lead outbound sourcing, screening, interviews, and offers, building diverse pipelines across multiple requisitions and geographies.

You will partner with talent teams and business leaders to shape strategy, deliver a premium candidate experience, and ensure data-driven reporting while thriving in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience.
• Experience supporting Global Operations and customer support roles.
• Experience with ATS and sourcing platforms (Greenhouse, Ashby, Gem).
• Ability to communicate in English and French or Spanish.
• Familiarity with AI recruiting tools to automate workflows.

Responsibilities

• Bring searches to fruition and deliver exceptional candidate and hiring manager experiences.
• Manage full-cycle recruitment process: sourcing, screening, interviews, feedback, offers.
• Build pipelines for multiple requisitions across teams and geographies.
• Drive inclusive, diverse pipelines at top of the funnel.
• Partner with talent partners, hiring managers, HR operations and finance on strategy and plan.
• Influence leaders on process, interview best practices, and decision making.
• Provide a high-touch, white-glove experience for senior stakeholders and candidates.
• Accurately track candidate data and report to the business.
