Job summary

Airbnb’s Foundation Recruiting team is seeking a Recruiter for Global Operations in Canada on a 12-month contract. The role focuses on Community Support with a consultative approach to hiring, partnering with managers across regions to build strong teams.

Ideal candidates have 5–7+ years in full-cycle recruiting, experience with high-velocity roles, and fluency in English plus optional French or Spanish. Remote eligibility allows work from select Canadian provinces.

Qualifications

• 5–7+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience.
• Experience supporting Global Operations, incl. customer support roles, is preferred.
• Strong written and verbal communication; ability to simplify complex concepts.

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end recruitment for Global Operations, primarily Community Support.
• Build pipelines for multiple requisitions across teams and geographies.
• Promote diversity and inclusive hiring practices at the top of the funnel.
• Collaborate with talent partners, hiring managers, HR operations and finance on strategy.
• Educate managers on interview best practices and decision making.
• Provide exceptional candidate experiences and streamline the interview process.
• Accurately track data and report hiring metrics to the business.
