The ideal candidate has 3+ years in ocean import logistics, strong communication, and proficiency with Epicor Prophet 21 and MS Office; Canadian citizenship or PR is preferred.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of North American ocean import experience.
• Exposure to air freight and South American imports is asset.
• Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Experience with billing, documentation, and customs coordination.
• Proficiency with MS Office and ERP systems.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate ocean and air freight quotes, vessel bookings, transloads, local delivery, and shipment scheduling with global vendors.
• Monitor FCL and LCL shipments and update logistics tracking tools.
• Prepare, verify, and submit import documentation and customs clearance packages for US/Canada shipments.
• Manage shipment data, invoicing, and records within Epicor Prophet 21; verify invoices.
• Investigate shipment discrepancies and support trade compliance efforts.
• Contribute to process improvements and maintain standard operating procedures.
