Job summary

APOTEX, based in Toronto, is seeking a Logistics/Traffic Coordinator to manage global shipping documentation and coordinate with freight forwarders. You will ensure accurate filing, support internal teams, and provide timelines for shipments in a cost-effective, timely manner.

The role requires a minimum of 3 years in transportation or logistics, with strong communication, planning, and SAP skills. A collaborative, safety-conscious team environment is offered.

Responsibilities

• Generate and coordinate all documentation related to the transport of goods and materials globally.
• Review and confirm all logistical documents are completed accurately and filed properly.
• Collaborate with internal departments and customers to prepare/coordinate shipment documents and schedules.
• Educate internal stakeholders on traffic processes and shipment requirements.
• Coordinate with freight forwarders to ensure timely and cost-effective shipments.
• Contribute to long-term planning and process improvements in logistics.
