Top Tier Talent Group in Canada is seeking an experienced Logistics Operations Supervisor to oversee the daily activities of a busy ocean and air freight forwarding team.

You will manage shipments from booking through customs coordination, coordinate with carriers, ensure documentation accuracy, and lead CargoWise workflows to improve efficiency and profitability. The role emphasizes customer service, expense control, and KPI delivery while maintaining regulatory compliance.

Formación

• Minimum 3 years of international freight forwarding experience.
• Demonstrated hands-on experience using CargoWise in an international freight forwarding environment is mandatory.
• Knowledge of Canadian customs requirements, international shipping regulations, and freight forwarding procedures.

Responsabilidades

• Oversee international ocean and air freight shipments from booking to delivery, ensuring timeliness and accuracy.
• Coordinate with steamship lines, airlines, trucking providers, bonded warehouses, and overseas agents to optimize routing and costs.
