Job summary

Sistemalux Inc. is seeking a Production Management leader to drive efficiency, quality, and on-time delivery across the manufacturing chain. You will design and optimize assembly lines, manage material flows, and apply Lean principles to reduce waste while ensuring safety and compliance.

You will lead ~110 employees across Manufacturing, Purchasing, Planning and Logistics, collaborating with R&D and international partners to launch new products and scale production.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Operations Management, or a related field.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in manufacturing with end-to-end production knowledge.
• Experience managing teams of 80+ employees.
• Fluent in French and English; Italian required.

Responsibilities

• Lead production management, ensure efficiency, quality, and on-time delivery.
• Coordinate with R&D, Sales, Purchasing, Logistics, and Quality for operational alignment.
• Develop and coach a ~110-strong team across Manufacturing, Purchasing, Planning and Logistics.
• Implement Lean Manufacturing and continuous improvement initiatives to reduce waste.
