Job summary

Galvion is a global defense technology leader seeking a Senior Vice President, Global Operations to drive Manufacturing, Quality, Supply Chain, and Production Planning across Canada, the U.S., the U.K., and Poland. Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Operations, Supply Chain, Business or related field.
• Minimum 18 years of progressive manufacturing and operations leadership experience.
• At least 8 years in a senior executive role within defense, aerospace, or highly regulated manufacturing.
• Experience leading multi-site, multi-country operations and cross-functional teams.
• Strong financial acumen and strategic systems thinking, with ITAR/EAR familiarity.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute a global operations strategy aligned with corporate objectives and long-term growth.
• Establish enterprise-wide operational priorities and KPIs driving accountability and continuous improvement.
• Foster a culture of operational excellence, safety, quality, and employee engagement.
• Lead large-scale organizational change initiatives that improve efficiency, scalability, and competitiveness across all global sites.
• Build and lead a high-performing multi-site leadership team through coaching, mentoring, and succession planning.
• Oversee global manufacturing operations, ensuring safe, efficient, and cost-effective production.
• Monitor quality KPIs and ensure CAPA is effectively implemented across jurisdictions.
• Lead global procurement, planning, logistics, and supplier performance; optimize landed cost.
