Job summary

Stratagem Talent Advisory is seeking a Manufacturing and Distribution Manager to lead manufacturing, warehousing, and distribution operations in Canada. You will oversee 40–50 employees through supervisors, drive continuous improvement, and align capacity with demand.

The role requires hands-on leadership, strong people development, and a proven track record in Lean, scheduling, and ERP systems to optimize production and service levels.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of leadership in manufacturing/industrial operations.
• Experience with Lean Manufacturing and KPI development.
• Exposure to ERP systems (Oracle or MS Dynamics) preferred.
• College diploma or university degree in Engineering or related field preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide strategic and operational leadership across manufacturing, warehousing, shipping, and distribution functions.
• Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations.
• Lead, coach, and develop supervisors and teams; drive accountability and engagement.
• Establish and monitor KPIs: production output, throughput, efficiency, scheduling, and service levels.
• Lead continuous improvement initiatives, Lean practices, and process optimization.
