Zusammenfassung

March Networks is seeking a Logistics Coordinator in Ottawa to manage daily movement of goods, both inbound and outbound, including repairs and returns. You will coordinate with carriers, brokers and 3PLs to ensure on-time, compliant deliveries at a reasonable cost.

The role requires experience in logistics, ERP systems (SAP/Oracle), and strong customer service skills. This is an on-site, full-time position in the Supply Chain / Operations department.

Qualifikationen

• Requires diploma or degree in Supply Chain, International Trade or related field, or equivalent experience.
• 3+ years in logistics, shipping/receiving, customs or reverse logistics, preferably in tech/electronics/manufacturing.
• 2+ years inventory control experience.
• Familiarity with Incoterms, customs procedures and export controls.
• Experience with freight forwarders, brokers and carriers across NA/EMEA/APAC.

Aufgaben

• Book domestic and international shipments by air, ocean, ground, and courier based on cost, transit time and service level.
• Act as day-to-day contact for carriers, brokers, 3PLs and repair providers with shipment instructions.
• Track shipments and manage exceptions; update internal teams and customers on status.
• Provide shipment visibility and delivery estimates to Sales, Customer Service and Professional Services.
