Consolidated Dealers in Ottawa seeks a hands-on Operations Coordinator to support warehouse operations, purchasing, and data reporting. You will handle order fulfillment, packaging, and shipments, with ancillary admin duties in the ERP system and vendor coordination.

The role requires 1–3 years of warehouse experience, proficiency in Excel, and a valid G license. The position is full-time, hybrid, with day shifts, and opportunities to grow within a dynamic team.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years of warehouse, logistics, or operations experience with hands-on exposure to Odoo ERP.
• Proficiency in Excel and basic data reporting.
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
• Valid driver's license and clean driving record.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and operate in a fast-paced environment.
• Familiarity with AI tools or interest in applying AI to warehouse/purchasing ops.
• G license with clean driver’s abstract (no major infractions).

Responsibilities

• Pick and pack orders accurately and efficiently.
• Conduct final order checks for accuracy and completeness.
• Prepare shipments for courier and LTL pickup.
• Assist with local deliveries as required (valid G license).
• Load/unload product and ensure safe handling.
• Respond to phone calls, emails, and e-commerce orders professionally.
• Coordinate backorders and vendor ETAs with purchasing team.
• Process incoming orders using the ERP system.
• Submit purchase requests to approved vendors and monitor stock levels.
• Assist in running operational, purchasing, and sales data reports using Excel and the ERP system.
