Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Word is essential; experience with logistics TMS is a plus.

Responsibilities

Plan and coordinate inbound and outbound shipments with service providers, warehouses, and internal departments.
Monitor and track shipments to ensure on-time delivery and resolve issues.
Maintain logistics records: shipping schedules, BOLs, invoices, and docs.
Analyze logistics data and KPIs to identify cost-reduction opportunities.
Ensure compliance with import/export regulations.
Assist in developing and implementing logistics SOPs and best practices.
Provide timely updates and performance reports to stakeholders.
