Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in supply chain operations, logistics coordination, inventory management, procurement support, or related supply chain roles.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and maintain weekly inventory health dashboards and KPI reporting.
• Analyze inventory levels, stock coverage, service levels, inventory turns, and inbound performance.
• Monitor stockout, excess inventory, and slow-moving inventory risks.
• Investigate supply and inventory exceptions and identify root causes.
• Provide data-driven recommendations to support inventory, purchasing, and operational decisions.

Genuine Health is seeking a detail-oriented and analytical Logistics & Supply Chain Specialist to manage inbound supply coordination, inventory management, reporting, and supply chain analytics.

This role is responsible for coordinating production and inbound shipments with co-manufacturers and logistics partners, managing inventory and replenishment activities, and delivering actionable insights that support inventory and service level objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

• Inbound Coordination & Logistics

  • Coordinate production schedules and inbound shipments with co-manufacturers.
  • Monitor purchase orders, production commitments, and shipment status to ensure on-time delivery.
  • Work with freight providers, warehouses, and logistics partners to maintain inbound flow and resolve disruptions.
  • Track supplier lead times and communicate risks to stakeholders.

  Inventory Analytics & Reporting

  • Prepare and maintain weekly inventory health dashboards and KPI reporting.
  • Analyze inventory levels, stock coverage, service levels, inventory turns, and inbound performance.

  • Investigate supply and inventory exceptions and identify root causes.

  Replenishment & Inventory Management

  • Manage purchase order creation, maintenance, and follow-up to ensure timely replenishment and inventory availability.
  • Lead recurring vendor and co-manufacturer calls to review production schedules, open orders, supply risks, and action plans.
  • Utilize replenishment tools and inventory models to support purchasing decisions.
  • Maintain target inventory levels, safety stock parameters, and service level objectives.
  • Manage exceptions related to supply delays, demand spikes, and MOQ constraints.
  • Support continuous improvement initiatives related to inventory visibility, reporting, and supply chain processes.

Key Qualifications:

• 3+ years of experience in supply chain operations, logistics coordination, inventory management, procurement support, or related supply chain roles.
• Strong understanding of inventory management, replenishment, inbound logistics, and supplier coordination.
• Advanced Excel skills, including pivot tables, formulas, dashboards, and data analysis.
• Experience working with ERP systems (SAP preferred but not required).
• Proven ability to analyze data and translate findings into actionable business recommendations.
• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business, Operations, Analytics, or a related field.
