Job summary

Roche is seeking a Learning Technology & Adoption Lead to bridge cutting-edge technology with human-centered design across global manufacturing sites. You will spearhead PoCs in Generative AI, VR/AR/MR, adaptive learning, and micro-learning, while driving scalable business cases with ROI and global integration.

You will guide a lean team of Technology Product Owners managing Cornerstone LMS and SkillUp LXP, collaborate with Design, Operations, QA, and IT, and ensure compliant digital solutions

Qualifications

• Demonstrated experience leading digital learning technology and edtech innovation in a global enterprise.
• Experience with validating tech (CSV), data security, 21 CFR Part 11, and learning ecosystems APIs.
• Ability to set outcome-based goals for self-driven technical teams using agile experimentation.

Responsibilities

• Pioneer next-gen EdTech by leading PoCs for Generative AI and immersive tech.
• Translate pilots into enterprise business cases with ROI and integration strategies.
• Champion user-centered UI/UX across digital learning tools for shop-floor accessibility.
• Provide strategic direction to a lean team of Technology Product Owners.
• Collaborate with Design, Operations, QA, and IT to scale compliant digital solutions.
