Job summary

Roche seeks a senior leader to drive the Pharma Technical Global Learning Hub, overseeing a team of learning partners and experience architects. You will shape enterprise capability strategies aligned with core business objectives and drive transformation across manufacturing sites.

You will partner with senior PT leadership to prioritize learning topics, promote competency-based approaches, and establish a global Community of Practice to share best practices and scale solutions.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree required with 10–12+ years in strategic capability development or organizational learning.
Domain expertise in pharmaceutical manufacturing, technical operations, quality systems, and regulatory standards.
Proven track record leading large-scale learning transformations and adopting modern, performance-centered solutions.

Responsibilities

Lead PT Learning Business Partners and Learning Experience Architects.
Act as a trusted advisor to senior leadership and align capability strategies with business objectives.
Orchestrate global capability needs into a unified enterprise delivery pipeline.
