Job summary

Roche seeks a senior leader to run the Pharma Technical Global Learning Hub, driving adoption of learning solutions aligned with business objectives and advancing competency-based learning across the organization.

You will lead the PT Learning Business Partners and Learning Experience Architects, partnering with senior PT leaders to deliver strategic learning topics and scale solutions enterprise-wide. This role reports to Hoffmann-La Roche Ltd and emphasizes performance-driven capabilities.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required; advanced degree preferred.
• 10–12+ years of progressive leadership experience in strategic capability development or organizational learning.
• Experience in pharmaceutical manufacturing, quality systems, and regulatory standards.

Responsibilities

• Act as a trusted advisor to senior leadership, aligning capability strategies with business objectives.
• Orchestrate global capability needs into a unified enterprise delivery pipeline.
• Lead and develop a high-performing team of learning partners and experience architects.
• Establish and lead a global Community of Practice to drive knowledge sharing and standardize playbooks.
• Drive adoption of modern adult learning methodologies (competency-based learning, performance support).
• Collaborate with Quality and Operations leaders to link capability development to operational performance.
