Job summary

The Opportunity

Critical senior leadership role in the Pharma Technical (PT) Global Learning Hub, responsible for driving network-wide adoption of Learning solutions based on business needs. Also responsible for PT wide, strategic learning topics, like the transition from our legacy based Read & Understand approach to Competency Based Learning. This position has the direct leadership and operational execution of the PT Learning Business Partners (LBPs) and Learning Experience Architects, and directly partners with the most senior leaders across PT on strategic learning topics.

• Act as a trusted advisor to senior leadership, aligning long-term organizational capability strategies directly with core business objectives.
• Orchestrate and prioritize global capability needs gathered across diverse manufacturing sites into a unified enterprise delivery pipeline.
• Lead, coach, and develop a high-performing team of learning partners and experience architects, fostering expertise in consultative stakeholder management and performance analytics.
• Establish and lead a global Community of Practice to drive knowledge sharing, standardize consulting playbooks, and scale successful capability solutions enterprise-wide.
• Drive the adoption of modern adult learning methodologies—such as Competency-Based Learning, performance support, and experiential training—moving away from legacy text-heavy materials.
• Collaborate closely with Quality and Operations leaders to reframe capability development as a direct driver of operational performance and excellence.

Who You Are

• You possess a Bachelor’s degree (advanced degree in Education, Organizational Psychology, or Human Capital Management preferred) alongside 10-12 + years of progressive leadership experience in strategic capability development or organizational learning.
• You bring extensive domain expertise in pharmaceutical manufacturing, technical operations, quality systems, and regulatory standards.
• You hold a proven track record of leading large-scale learning transformations, replacing passive compliance training with modern, performance-centered solutions.
• You excel at root-cause analysis, seamlessly diagnosing performance gaps to differentiate between true learning needs and operational process adjustments.
• You demonstrate exceptional executive presence and consultative skills, with a proven ability to influence senior stakeholders and lead matrixed, global teams.
