Job summary

Roche is seeking a Technology Product Owner Principal or Sub-Product Owner within the Quality Processes Products team to standardize and optimize the systems powering Quality operations and data insights. The PO is responsible for defining and implementing the overall Technology strategy for PT Quality, acting as the Global Product Owner for applicable PT technologies.

Qualifications

• 12+ years of experience in Veeva Quality Vault or equivalent Quality platform management.
• Experience with CSV and validated healthcare environments (GxP).
• Proven ability to translate complex business needs into technical solutions.

Responsibilities

• Oversee large-scale, cross-functional systems with dependencies and long-term planning.
• Lead multiple products through system lifecycle management and change control.
• Drive cross-functional collaboration with internal/external stakeholders.
• Translate business use cases into standardized, compliant technology solutions.
• Define KPIs for IT systems and product performance; support audits/reg inspections.
