Job summary

Siemens Mobility Canada is seeking an experienced HR professional to support recruitment and payroll across Canada. You will create and update job descriptions and postings, screen candidates, coordinate interviews, and assist with onboarding while navigating union environments.

Fluency in French and English, strong communication, and collaboration across departments are essential to align hiring strategies with business needs and contribute to HR reports and compliance initiatives.

Qualifications

• 2–3 years of recruitment experience.
• 2+ years in HR and payroll related activities.
• Experience with union/industrial relations is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Support recruitment processes in alignment with hiring strategies.
• Create, update, and maintain job descriptions and postings.
• Screen candidates and coordinate interviews with Hiring Managers.
• Support full-cycle recruitment activities including sourcing and onboarding.
• Assist HR reports, audits, and special projects.
