Job summary

Rippling is seeking an HR Operations Coordinator in Toronto to support clients and employees in our global EOR model. You will own onboarding, payroll data management, employee changes, and terminations, coordinating with internal teams and external stakeholders to ensure accurate, timely HR operations.

You will be the first line of HR support, manage ticketing, triage complex cases to Senior Advisors, and help optimize SOPs, templates, and data transfers across systems while staying compliant

Qualifications

• 3+ years in HR support or operations in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong understanding of HR processes including onboarding, payroll, employee changes, and terminations.
• Experience with HRIS platforms and data management across systems.
• High attention to detail, organizational skills, and ability to manage multiple tasks with competing priorities.
• Excellent written and verbal communication to liaise with clients, employees, and internal teams.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end onboarding for new hires and collect essential client details.
• Draft addenda for lifecycle changes and terminations with precision.
• Prepare, upload, and audit payroll data templates to ensure accurate pay.
• Act as first line of HR support, handle inquiries and manage the ticketing queue.
• Route complex cases to Senior HR Advisors with necessary background context.
• Develop SOPs, templates, and macros to streamline operations.
