Job summary

Identity Digital is seeking a Sr. Manager, Business Operations to plan resource allocation for the Business Operations department and oversee day-to-day operations, partnering with the VP of Product & Engineering.

Qualifications

10+ years of business operations experience, with at least 5+ years in a management role.
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology Management, Operations, or equivalent experience.
Knowledge of the domain name industry and its processes is a strong asset.

Responsibilities

Streamline internal workflows and define SOPs for high-priority Registry tasks.
Define the long-term operational roadmap for the Business Operations team.
Leverage tools to automate repetitive tasks and improve reporting.
Work cross-functionally to ensure successful Registry operations and high requester satisfaction.
Create and review plans for operational projects and follow up with cross-functional teams.
