Identity Digital is seeking a Manager, Business Operations in Toronto, ON. You will plan resource allocation, manage day-to-day operations, and coordinate with the VP of Product & Engineering to ensure timely, high-quality Registry work.

You will lead a global team located in Toronto and Dublin, oversee SOPs and workflows, drive operational milestones for product launches and registry enhancements, and push for process improvements and stakeholder alignment.

Qualifications

• 5-7 years of business operations, technical operations, or related experience.
• 1-3 years of experience in a team lead, supervisory, or management role.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology Management, Operations, or equivalent experience.
• Knowledge of the domain name industry and its processes is a strong asset.

Responsabilités

• Streamline internal workflows and set SOPs for high-priority Registry tasks.
• Manage daily workflows and ensure milestones for product launches, migrations, and enhancements.
• Automate repetitive tasks and design better reporting mechanisms.
• Collaborate cross-functionally to ensure successful Registry operations.
• Lead a global Business Operations team in Toronto and Dublin.
• Interface with leadership across Accounts, Technical Support, Revenue, and Engineering.
• Advocate for systemic fixes and workflow automation with Engineering and Product.
• Model Identity Digital values and support talent lifecycle activities.
