Job summary

Autodesk is seeking a Business Operations Management Program Manager to drive cross-functional initiatives across Deal & Partner Operations from definition to implementation. Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business, operations, program management, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
• Significant experience leading complex, cross-functional programs from definition to implementation.
• Experience in program management, business operations, or a related discipline within a global organization.
• Demonstrated ability to manage multiple workstreams, dependencies, risks, and stakeholder needs.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with data-driven decision making.
• Proven ability to influence stakeholders without direct authority.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills for executive audiences.
• Experience leading change-management and organizational readiness activities.
• Proficiency with business applications; Salesforce, Airtable, SharePoint or similar tools is beneficial.
• Ability to operate autonomously in ambiguous environments; strong judgment.

Responsibilities

• Lead complex, cross-functional programs from scoping through implementation, aligning with strategic objectives.
• Translate requirements into clear business needs, scalable processes, and operational solutions.
• Manage multiple workstreams, integrating dependencies, risks and decisions into the program plan.
• Evaluate problems, risks, and trade-offs to recommend innovative solutions and long-term scoping decisions.
• Identify process gaps and introduce ideas and technologies to improve efficiency.
• Influence stakeholders without direct authority, adapting communications for decision-making.
• Partner with leadership through regular program reviews to monitor progress and risks.
• Communicate program recommendations, progress, and risks to audiences at multiple levels.
• Lead change management and organizational readiness activities using established practices.
• Leverage AI, data, and business applications to automate routine work and streamline communications.
• Build organizational capability by developing subject-matter experts and understanding sales tools and processes.
• Operate independently, seeking guidance only for the most complex situations.
• Utilize AI, automation, or data-analysis tools to improve operational efficiency and decision-making.
