Job summary

DECIEM | THE ABNORMAL BEAUTY COMPANY is seeking a highly organized Manager, Creative Operations, Brand & Digital to lead creative operations across our global marketing organization. You will own intake, PMO, briefs to execution, align priorities, and ensure on-time delivery across channels, partnering with Brand, Creative, Digital, CRM, and production partners.

The role is full-time and permanent, based at our Head Office in Liberty Village, Toronto, with a hybrid work schedule.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in creative/marketing operations or campaign production.
• Bachelor’s degree in Project Management, Business Administration, Digital Marketing or related field.
• Experience in beauty, fashion, luxury, or consumer brands is preferred.
• Proficiency with modern PM tools and end-to-end production workflows.

Responsibilities

• Own intake, planning, prioritization, and delivery across campaigns and initiatives.
• Lead projects from briefing through final delivery, managing timelines, budgets, and teams.
• Maintain visibility across active projects and manage calendars, assets, and documentation.
• Lead kickoffs, reviews, approvals, and status meetings; plan go-to-market across channels.
