Job summary

RBC seeks a Director, Worker Screening & Onboarding Governance to design, implement and monitor globally consistent worker screening and onboarding processes across regions. You will act as the design authority and control steward, ensuring alignment with policies and regulatory requirements while maintaining service quality standards.

Responsibilities

• Act as the design authority for globally standardized worker screening and onboarding processes
• Develop a comprehensive control framework for HR Operations including identity verification and background checks
• Oversee onboarding redesign initiatives to improve speed, consistency, and compliance
• Lead the Global Service & Controls Governance Committee with regional leads
• Coordinate audit remediation and maintain audit-ready documentation for leadership
• Collaborate with stakeholders to prioritize HR Operations initiatives against strategy
